Delivery Policy

How and when you receive the digital products you buy from the Leepie store.

What we deliver

Everything sold in the Leepie store is a digital PDF (notes, books, question papers and bundles). Nothing is shipped by post or courier, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

When you receive it

  • Your files are available in My Library as soon as your payment is confirmed. This is normally within seconds and usually within a minute.
  • You receive an email receipt at the address you gave at checkout.
  • Some UPI and bank payments take longer to confirm. In that case your order shows as "Confirming payment" and your files appear automatically once the bank confirms it. If the payment fails, any amount deducted is returned by your bank or by us to the original payment method.

How to download

  1. Log in to your Leepie account and open My Library.
  2. Press Download next to the file. Each download link is private to you, works once and expires after a minute. Press Download again for a fresh link.
  3. Open the file in any PDF reader on your phone, tablet or computer.

Download limits

To protect the work of our teachers, each file can be downloaded up to 5 times in any 24 hours (every time you press Download counts). Your library keeps your purchases, so you can download again the next day. If an account is used from many different devices or networks in a short time, downloads on it may be paused until you contact us.

Your licence

A purchase gives one person a personal, non-transferable licence to read the files for their own study. Your copy is personalised: a licence page after the cover shows your name, email address, mobile number, order number and purchase date, and a small mark with your email address appears on the inner pages. Sharing, reselling or posting the files online is not allowed and may lead to the account being suspended.

Problems with a delivery

If you paid but cannot see your files, first check My Orders. If it still does not look right, contact us with your order number:
